As a result, appointment times may be somewhat delayed. With that in mind, a 24 hour (48 hours during holiday weekends) notice of rescheduling or cancellation is required. If you do not give ample notice of a cancellation, you will be charged a nonrefundable $100.00 fee. If you use Groupon your Groupon will be refunded and you will not be able to use Groupon for future services.
This requirement is effective immediately. Your notice will allow us to extend an appointment opportunity to others on our growing waiting list.
A credit/debit card will be required to secure any appointment. This card will be placed on file.
However, a $100.00 charge will be assessed to the card on file if proper notice is not given.
We make 2 attempts to contact a client starting at 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In the event of a "no show, no call", an auto charge for the entire amount of the service will be assessed to the card on file. This assessment will be able to be redeemed toward future services less the $100.00 charge.
Although we understand if you can’t make it last minute we still have a medical provider here who has set up for your appointment for the allotted time. The cancellation fee still applies.
